Introduction
These Terms & Conditions set out the requirements that apply when you register for or participate in training with MVL International Training Center.
By enrolling in an MVL program, you agree to follow the applicable requirements outlined below, together with any course-specific instructions provided to you.
1. Registration and Enrolment
You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration and enrolment.
We may require supporting documents or identification before confirming your enrolment. Your place on a course is confirmed once the required registration information, documentation, and payment, where applicable, have been received.
2. Attendance and Participation
You are expected to attend the scheduled training sessions and take part in the required learning activities.
Attendance requirements may vary depending on the program. Arriving late, leaving early, or missing required training may affect your ability to complete the course or receive certification.
3. Assessment and Certification
You must complete the applicable assessments, examinations, and other course requirements for your program.
Certificates are issued only when the relevant completion, attendance, assessment, examination, and competency requirements have been met.
We reserve the right to withhold certification where the required conditions have not been satisfied.
4. Conduct
We expect all learners, delegates, trainers, and other participants to behave respectfully and professionally during training.
You must follow reasonable instructions relating to training, assessment, health and safety, and the use of MVL facilities or systems.
Behaviour that disrupts training, creates a safety concern, or breaches our policies may result in appropriate action.
5. Academic Integrity
All submitted work must be your own unless otherwise permitted by the relevant course requirements.
Plagiarism, cheating, falsification, and other forms of academic dishonesty are not permitted. Any such matter may be investigated under our Anti-Plagiarism Policy and may affect assessment results or certification.
6. Fees, Cancellation and Refunds
Course fees, payment arrangements, cancellation conditions, and any applicable refund provisions are communicated as part of the relevant course or enrolment arrangements.
Where a refund applies, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund terms and agreement.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You agree not to:
- Use the Website to transmit or distribute content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harmful.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the Website or any associated networks or services.

This may include following safety instructions, using required personal protective equipment, and reporting hazards, incidents, or concerns through the appropriate channels.

Training materials, documents, content, and other resources provided by MVL are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use MVL materials outside the permitted training purpose without appropriate authorisation.
10. Complaints and Appeals
If you have a concern about your training, assessment, certification, or another aspect of our service, you can raise it through the appropriate complaints or appeals process.
We aim to handle complaints and appeals fairly, consistently, and confidentially.
11. Liability
MVL International Training Center will take reasonable steps to provide training and related services in accordance with the applicable course requirements.
Our liability is subject to applicable laws, agreements, and the specific circumstances of the service provided.
12. Policy Compliance
By participating in an MVL training program, you are expected to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our other applicable policies and procedures.
We may review and update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, requirements, or applicable obligations.
