MVL International Training Center requires delegates to provide valid identification as part of our enrolment, assessment, examination, and certification processes.
This helps us confirm the identity of each delegate, maintain accurate records, and reduce the risk of fraud or misuse of training and certification services.
2. Identification Requirements
Delegates must provide a valid and authentic identification document when requested.
The identification provided should:
- Clearly establish the delegate’s identity
- Be valid and authentic
- Match the information provided during registration
- Be available when identity verification is required
We may request identification before enrolment, assessment, examination, or certification, depending on the requirements of the relevant process.
3. Verification of Identity
We may verify the information provided against the identification document submitted by the delegate.
Our staff and authorised personnel are responsible for carrying out the necessary verification and maintaining accurate delegate records.
Where identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, we may restrict access to the relevant enrolment, assessment, examination, or certification activity.
4. Protection of Identification Information
Identification documents and related personal information are handled with appropriate care.
Access to delegate information is limited to authorised personnel, and we take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, or loss.
Our Data Protection Policy applies to the handling and protection of personal information collected through the identification process.
5. Delegate Responsibilities
Delegates are responsible for providing accurate information and presenting valid identification when required.
Any attempt to provide false, altered, or misleading identification or information may result in the delegate being denied access to the relevant training, assessment, examination, or certification process.
